Purpose of this program:
To identify, develop, and encourage minorities to pursue careers and graduate degrees in the atmospheric, environmental and related sciences. To expose a large segment of minority faculty and students to atmospheric and environmental sciences in order to increase the number of such students pursuing careers in these areas.
